What is the simplest way to record gameplay from iphone?

I'm using iphone 4s. I have been seeing many youtubers screen captured gamplay on iphone or other smart phones. I know it's not the camera they record from. I want to know how they do it. Any good suggestions?

You can't from a phone. They use recording screen software such as Bandicam to record gameplay.
