What programs can I delete from my computer?

I have a HP Pavilion G Series Lap Top. I use my Lap Top for surfing the internet, downloading movies, syncing my Iphone and checking surf reports. I do not Facebook and I'm not a gamer. I'm looking to speed up my computer by deleting unneeded programs. Which of the below can I delete?

Vamsi's answer is good though I would keep the Cisco programs.

To speed up your computer the best thing to do is to disable all of the unnecessary programs that start and run when you boot up your computer. The easy way to do this is to get Ccleaner and go into tools then Startuo. Disable the ones you don't want to start and run there. If you don't know if it's necessary for your computer just Google the whole file name and extension and you'll find out there.

Ccleaner also gets rid of temp files and cleans your registry.
