If you meant which is better between the iPhone 5 & iPhone 6, then of course it is the iPhone 6.
Like the rest of them have said, iPhone 6 is of course better. However if you already have an iPhone 5, I suggest you to upgrade. If you have an iPhone 5s, you may want to wait, or upgrade if you have the right budget on you.
Otherwise, some of the main differences/advantages of iPhone 6 over 5 are:
1. Touch ID sensor, which works pretty much neat and perfect, plus a lots of banking, and cloud apps support them.
2. Camera. The camera is much better and improved with image stabilizer. There's a huge difference between the images taken from iPhone 6 and 5s, let alone forget about the 5s.
3. Apple pay. Makes a huge difference. This is the only reason why I have been planning to upgrade from my 5s, but the budget is holding me.
4. Wi-Fi calling(if you are on T-Mobile). It's such a good feature if you happen to live in those areas where the network reception is bad.
Plus a lots of minor improvements.
