What's the best way to wake you up in the morning?
I'm a EXTREMELY heavy sleeper. I've tried everything from alarm clocks, to my parents standing at my side and literally screaming at me and I've even had water poured on me but for some reason I struggle waking up. Alarm clocks don't even remotely waken me but I've only ever used the one on my iPhone and in March I'm going to be home alone for 2 weeks and I have to get up for work at 6 every morning… Can anyone give me some advice? Wether it be a brand of alarm clocks or anything.
Just put an alarm
Get to bed and go to sleep at a reasonable hour to fit in with your body clock. Then you will either wake up normally or with a slight nudging from an alarm at the necessary time in the morning.
Go to bed earlier.
Try sleeping earlier, if you sleep late.
The recommended sleep hours for adults is 7-10 hours.
6 hours is still considered acceptable. More than 10 hours will just make you feel more groggy.
Sleep within the range of 6-10hours and try setting your alarm clock. You can use phone if you like. It may be annoying at first and you're tempted to hit the snooze button, but NEVER hit the snooze button. Get out of your bed when you hit your alarm. Your body will get used to it.
- Why does my iPhone 5s freeze every morning? The last few days I have turned on 5 or 6 alarms in the morning because I have trouble waking up since school started. Every time they go off, my screen freezes and jitters every time I try and turn them off or unlock my phone. If I restart it, it's fine but even that is hard to do since I can't slide the power off button due to the freezing. It's less than a year old. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to fix it?
- Trying to set up an alarm in the morning on my iphone without it draining my battery? So I want to set up my alarm clock in the morning when my phone is turned off but I know you can't do that so I was wondering what I can do so it won't drain my battery that's the only reason I want to turn off my phone off in the first place.
- This morning I deleted WhatsApp from my iPhone, now I can't redownload it? So I deleted my account & the app but now I downloaded the app again. It asks for my phone number but when after I type it & click "Done" an error message comes up saying "Could not connect to WhatsApp Service. Please try again later." I already tried deleting and redownloading the app a few times. I tried rebooting my phone. Is it because I have to use a different number than the one I was using before?
- Passing time in the morning? Ever since I was little I always woke up at 2 am on Christmas morning. I'm getting pretty dang tired of just sitting in my bed for like 7 hours. (Btw I'm almost 15) what can I do to pass time besides the standard stuff like read a book. I only have an iPhone and no computer. What can I do that will pass time fast?
