What the hell is with the new iphone music app?

Apple has really screwed this one up bad. What's with all the signing in and trying to get me to buy a $10.99 a month plan to use their bullsh*t apple share thing.

I updated my iphone thinking it was just a harmless update. But low and behold i can't play any of my music from my CDs anymore on my device. What is music supposed to be completely online now? What about people like me who buy most of their music elsewhere and upload it to their iphones?

Its corporate horsesh*t is what it is. REDICULOUS

If what you say is true, that will mean that Apple wants you to use media content, that they control and only what they control, on any device they sell, no matter where that content resides or even if you already own it.

Apple Music has a 3 month free trial but it is not mandatory that you even take up that offer. I haven't.

The majority of my music collection is from CDs & since that update I've actually gone back over my collection & added most of that music & can play them just fine.

The trend these days is most people stream their music (online), though Apple is not forcing users to do this, again as I said my collection is just fine, as that music is stored on my iPhone not online.

I have had no issues accessing my music with the new app and none of them were purchased from iTunes. They are all from CDs I burned myself from various sources.

It is because they're in competition with spotify really stupid and it's really bad…

"rediculous" lol
