What to do when contacts on Iphone 4 disappears?

My mom has an Iphone 4 and she complained to me that the messages she received on her inbox have no contact names/ not identified. She showed me her contacts and they were all there except for the fact that they only showed their facebook details with no contact number. I think she unknowingly synchronised her contacts with her facebook account. Is there any way to recover the lost contact numbers?

My mom will really be grateful. Heee.

You should go to the store you bought the phone from, if you got it from online go to the nearest apple store I guess they are the best to ask

  • Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?
  • PURCHASED MUSIC DISAPPEARS WHEN I CLICK ON IT? I have an iPhone 7 and click on music in my library that I bought on iTunes in the past, when I do it disappears completely (when I look on iTunes to see if my phone still recognizes that I own the song it says the price like it was never purchased). Other times I click on a song it says "this title can't be played right now" and turns a light gray but still shows up in my library. How can I fix this?
  • My contacts keep changing into my parent's contacts? I'm using my Dad's old iPhone 4, so it has all of his data. I cleared out everything that was his but I hate the part where each time my parent's add a new contact to their phone, everything syncs over to my contacts, so I'm scrolling down my list and see a new person I don't know but my parents do. Is there a way to change this?
  • IPhone 4S volume bar disappears? I have an iPhone 4S. Everything was alright until the volume bar disappears when I try to press - and +. There's no bar that shows how loud the sound is. It comes and goes everyday and it's becoming annoying. The ringtone is still intact. I would really know how to fix this problem by myself than give it to a professionell.
