What will happen if I install iOS 7 beta for iPhone 4s on my iPhone 4?
I just got my iOS 7 beta on my iPhone 4, but there are some things that aren't similar to the other beta versions installed on iPhone 4s. So I was wondering if I could install iOS 7 for iPhone and enjoy all the features of it?
You can't because its not for 4.
I also downloaded the beta for my iphone 4 and yes there are some features that are missing. For instance the dock or folders aren't transparent. But all together it works perfectly fine. I'm sort of confused with your question though. Because you stated that you got it on your iphone 4. And then you ask if you could install it on your iphone. So if you're asking if you can get it on the iphone 4 it is a yes. But since it is not retna like the iphone 5, of course there will be a few features missing
First, for all that don't know, iphone 4 has retina display. Its the cpu and graphics that makes it that you have different betas, not the display.So, no, you can't install the 4S beta on your 4. Read below.

Don't you think that Apple released the beta for developers only to prevent people like you and millions of others, to do stupid things, like not being able to follow the simplest of directions? You have no business installing beta software on a phone that you might need to use tomorrow.
This is not a computer I think. I believe that most of you do use your phones on a daily basis.
We get the beta so we can work our apps in the environment and once we work all the bugs, and report them back to Apple, which you people can't do, we will release new software in the fall so you people won't be crying about my favorite app don't work in ios 7.So I have no sympathy for the ones that have bricked their phones. I hope you learn a lesson. A simple one at that. I should study and learn before I try to do things beyond my comprehension.
