What would the bond be for robbery in tennessee?
They have no serious criminal back ground, stole my purse which contained my iPhone and wallet all together probably about $500. I was also assaulted when this happened and unconscious but they only got charged with robbery (I'm pressing charges for aggravated assault tmrw, had to wait to get a copy of the report and my statement) I would just like to know how much the bail would be and what will the penalty most likely be?
The penalty will probably be that they are forced to pay some bureaucrats some money while you get none.
