When i plug in to ethernet my computer hangs?

i have problem with my ethernet, actually i used a software to how broadcast internet for iphone after sometime i faced with this problem now when i plug cable laptop hangs until unless i switched off and restart computer, please give me solution for this.

You have malware scan laptop with malware bytes. And look if somthing found.

You must scan your laptop for virus or malwares. And you can try another cable or reinstall the network interface card drivers.

Make sure you update the ethernet driver

  • Why does my iphone 4S hangs up calls if I lock the screen? I have noticed my iphone 4s hangs up calls if screen is locked and the thing is it does it pretty randomly. So sometimes it hangs up while other times it won't. Today I made a call and locked the screen and nothing happened so the call was maintained but a few minutes ago, I received a call but locking the screen ended the call. So I called the person back and tried again, the call was ended again. Does anyone know what the problem is? Any help is appreciated.

I'm in my dorm room at school and I don't have a Wi-Fi connection to my laptop, I have it plugged in to an ethernet cable and have tried sharing that connection to my iphone but it usually only works if my laptop also has a Wi-Fi signal. I was wondering if there was anyway to get Wi-Fi on my phone when I don't have Wi-Fi on my laptop, either through ethernet or bluetooth or whatever.

  • My ethernet connection is lower than my Wi-Fi? I have a HP pavilion dv6000 and recently i bought a new internet plan of max speed of 120Mbps but when i connect the ethernet cable from my modem the speed is (speedtest.net) around 5 mb also on Wi-Fi i get 20 mbs. I tested the Wi-Fi speed on my iPhone 4 s and i got around 60 mbs. I'm running windows 8 Pro. The modem is Technicolor TC7200
