When is a good time to buy an used Iphone 4s?
I have been wanting an iphone for a long time. The time was never right to get it directly from my cell phone provider, seeing as how I have T-mobile.
I'm tired of carrying 1 personal phone, 1 company phone and 1 ipod touch everywhere I go. I would like to take the number down to 2 devices.
Since the iphone 5 just came out, I would like to buy an used iphone 4s.
How long do I have to wait for the price of the 4s to go down to a more reasonable price?
It is currently selling for 400-500 for 4s 32gb on ebay. I'm willing to pay around 350.

Well, this might be the best time to get it because everyone is rushing to sell there phone so they can get the iPhone 5, there so desperate that they'll lower the price quickly and by a lot. So just continue to look and wait on eBay (look everyday) for the next for weeks. If you look later then a month, the people who are selling there iPhones are hard to let it go, so the chances of them lowering the price is low.
Right Now! Yeah now will be a good time because the Iphone 5 was just released. But i would wait a few weeks before going on ebay. So that the prices drop. You can also get them cheaper from apple:

- What is a good website to buy a used/buy an iphone 5? I want to buy an iphone 5 but I don't know where to buy one. I don't want to get ripped off. I would buy a new iphone 5 from apple but they discontinue it. I'm perfectly fine buying a used one in a good condition. I bugged is $450 I willing to go over it if necessary.
- Is it bad for my iphone charger to be used all the time? My sister and I have an iphone 4 and she also has an ipod touch (4th generation). I charge my phone about once or twice a day depending on how much battery i drain. The problem is, my sister breaks her chargers all the time and she tends to use mine to charge BOTH her apple products which takes maybe a few hours. So when i want to charge my phone, the charger gets hot and i don't know if that is bad or not. Should I be worried whether or not the charger gets hot or am I just paranoid?
- If I buy an iphone used from another carrier ad buy a sim card from my carrier will that work? I have an iphone 4s with virgin mobile and I want an iphone 5 but all virgin mobile phones are so expensive! I looked on ebay for virgin mobile nano sim cards and they are only around 2 dollars. If I bought one of these sim cards and a used iphone 5 from another carrier would it work with my carrier?
- How to advance time on my phone to advance time in an app for iPhone 5? Some games on iPhone 5 have time restrctions, where you can only use so many lives within a certain time frame. Is there a way to change the time on the phone to "advance" the time in the app? If so, how can that work? I tried to change the date and time manually and reopen the app, but nothing changes.
