Where can I buy a cheap iphone 4?

I've been trying to find myself a iphone but everywhere I look they are so expensive. I've never had an iphone and all my friends have one and I mean all of them. I've asked people where they got theirs and they usually say someone gave it to them or it was from the 99 cent plan. I have a job so I can afford one but I want to find a good quality cheap one. Please someone help. I'm 16 btw.

IPhone 4 has been discontinued and I would suggest you to get the iPhone 4S instead. And you're 16 so you won't get a contract. But you can still find it cheaper than retail and use it on any prepaid carrier like StraightTalk. If you need unlocked iPhone 4S without breaking the bank, mail me.
