Where can I get a cheap iPhone 4s?
I have T-Mobile. I want to buy an Unlocked iPhone 4s. I would to buy a 16 or 32 gb model or even 64 gb if its cheap. The price range would be from 100-360. Used or Refurnished. Where could I buy a cheap one? Wal-Mart, ebay, amazon? Also if I can't buy it. I Would have to buy a Samsung Exhibit II 4G.

At GameStop they have refurbished iPhone 4s' for higher than your budget but their the cheapest found in a store, so amazon and eBay are probably your best bet. You'll just have to keep checking and checking until you find something in your price range.
