Where should I go to unlock my iPhone 4 (with ios 7)?
Today I left my pass-code protected phone on my desk. My friend stole it and kept it with them for the whole day. I knew they wouldn't lose it so I didn't mind. But then when I got it back at the end of the day he had used up all of my attempts and a little message told me to connect to it with Itunes. I tried that but iTunes said that it could not let me access my phone because it is locked. I did some googleing and it said that I need to go to the store. My question is, would I have to go the the Apple Store to get my phone reset or just go to my carrier, Verizon?
I would try to go to Verizon. They would probally give you another phone to replace it or somehow fix this. But if they don you would have to go to the apple store then.
You can't reset it. Don't even bother going to Verizon for help, they definitely can't do anything. Best option is to call 1800MYAPPLE
- Should i upgrade my iphone 4 from ios 7.0.4 to ios 7.1? I want to know If the ios 7.1 is great because I have a jailbroken iphone 4 ios 7.0.4 and if i upgrade I will lose my jailbreak?

- Iphone 5, ios 8.4.1 should I update it to ios 9.0.1? Okay bear with me I just had this thing and I'm wondering what does jailbreak mean? And should I install ios 9.0.1 although some say it's laggy i need answers As soon as possible thanks.
