Which camera should I get from these options?

I currently film with my iphone 6 and gopro3+. I film concert recaps so I need a good lowlight, I like to film moments while traveling so I want something not so big but that can be compromised if it makes a big difference. I need some type of stabilization cause i dnt carry equipment. I would like to take pictures. I'm not expert in features but I like to learn. I like to mess with iso and stuff like that and i hate digital zoom. Here are the choices and feel free to add suggesttions

Sony rx100 mark iv
Sony a6000 with maybe a 60mm lprime lens with f/1.8
Canon g30 (i like this because its professional looking and shows i mean business which is a must at concerts but no pictures on this fellow and also a bit big for traveling but maybe that will force me to film more I'm not sure sadly)
And Gh4 with like a Sigma 30mm lens

These choices are so tough. My budget is $1000 but it can be flexed as I have the money for up to $3000 but i honestly don't really want to spend that must for something thats more of a hobby for now.

If you are not "invited" into a concert to film professionally, nearly all concerts do not allow "professional-looking" cameras in. Check with the organisers of the venues where you might want to shoot without specific permission.

That rules out any DSLR or camera with removable lens, and possibly even "top-end-looking" bridge cameras.

For general touring use on vacations etc perhaps a top-end bridge camera would be good, or a waterproof camera if you are on the beach.

Possibly look at the Panasonic TZ1000, top-end bridge camera with physically larger sensor than other bridge cameras, and just about in your budget.
