Perhaps, you have information cached on your device. Send yourself an email. It should update your email on your iphone but not your s3!
Perhaps your service provider is letting your sim card or service be of use until the end of the month?
Be sure that you didn't accidentally sign up for multiple plans. Carriers can be quite shady! Any "misunderstanding" usually results to the detriment of the consumer because of mobile monopoly.

- Why does my service/internet stop working on my iPhone? I have had an iPhone 4s for 2 years, and never had any problems until the last few days. I can't text, call, or do aything that involves my 4g service. I have to turn off my iphone completely and then turn it back on. - Orange service won't let me use my free internet data? I got a new orange SIM card today for my iPhone 3GS and topped up £10 for the Dolphin plan which gives me 400 free texts and 1 GB of free internet. But when I try to do anything involving using internet the Orange page opens saying I can't I access the internet because I have no credit. Now I ended up losing my credit because of a silly mistake but I still have the 1 GB of free internet available so why won't it let me use that! Any help would be appreciated.
