Why are all the pics cloudy and white when I use the flash on my iPhone 4s?

Why does the flash on my white Iphone dosnt work to good? Me and my boyfriend both have an Iphone but he has the black and I have the white iPhone. But the the flash on his phone works perfctly in the dark. The pictures come out good. But the pictures on my white iphone with the flash come out dark, blurry and not good at all. Is there settings I need to change? Why do the pictures come out so much different if its the same phone?
Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
Iphone SE flash light not working all the time if at all? I've reloaded iOS several times. Fresh reloads back ups tried every single backup I could find in itunes. Nothing. I can reset all settings in general and get it to come on for maybe 10 seconds then it goes off. Phone hasn't been dropped only had about a week.
