Why are my blu e cigs not charging? The pack is blinking red and then stops?
My blu electronic cigarettes are not working properly. I bought a pack and plugged it into the usb of my computer and into my iphone wall charger and at some point the pack stopped charging the cigarettes and just stopped charging and ighting up all together. So i bought another pack and and one of the batteries (long cigarette part) also seems to not charge, when i plug it into the pack, the red light on the pack blinks a little bit and then stops. Also the batteries from my first pack do the same thing in my new pack-charger. Only one (out of now 4) of my cigarettes actually charges and works. The pack is a blu starter pack, it has one column and 5 slots. I have been endlessly searching for answers on the internet but its so frustrating that I can't find an answer not even on the blu website. If this continues I'm going to buy a high quality vaporizer. This all happened within one week.

I had this problem. Bought four packs n I have 2 working batteries. I found out if I use a non e-blu wall charger, like n iPhone charger connected to your blu pack it will break the batteries n pack. It will render both useless. Only use in the car lighter or hooked up to a USB input not any other wall charger (unless you buy a blu charger) finally, I called their customer service website n they were extremely helpful n they immediatky sent me 2 batteries. Plus a full package of thr premium pack with a wall charger n social features. So they replaced my non functioning product, and sent me a complete uograde to what I had. So I have 4 working batts total n a reg n premium pack. They're service is stellar they replace any broken products with one phone call and very few questions asked. Call em up n get brand new stuff for the free w no hassle
If blue light is on then it is recharging, if red light blinks it is b/c there's not enough charge to charge the battery for the tanks. Give it 10 mins then red light will stay in a constant charge. This happens to me more than once a week and I've had the same charger for over 3 years

Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down.
