Why can't I use Wi-Fi on my iPhone?

Since I'm always logged in at home I was surprised when it didn't automatically log me in when I got home. I went to go turn off my modem but that wasn't the problem because the rest of my family has Wi-Fi. I went to go turn it off then turn it back on. I rested my network settings and it didn't. So I turned off my Wi-Fi completely and now I don't have the option to turn it back on. Does anyone know what to do? And I'm hoping that I don't have to reset my entire phone!

Something wrong in Wi-Fi antenna it could be software issue or hardware.

So if you go into settings-Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi option is grayed out? If that is the case it will have to be restored. If THAT doesn't work the antennae may of burned itself out. If that's the case it needs to be sent to Apple for repairs.

Normally you would just go into Settings-Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and then tap on the name of the network you're trying to join.
