Why do good people suffer continued?

We were considering changing carriers regardless so we figured what better time than now… Needless to say this is all becoming a bit ridiculous… We filed all appropriate claims for the stolen devices and just yesterday I contacted asurion and they proceed to tell me that the claim for the Verizon iPhone was denied due to having no usage after the insurance was added… The insurance was added the day of purchase… And there was most definitely usage on that line for phone calls, texts and data… Nobody at Verizon, whether it was the retail center or customer service could see activity on the line… It wasn't until I contacted someone in technical support that it was confirmed that there was usage for everything I said was used… The tech then placed me on hold and contacted asurion and explain that there was proof of usage and basically reassured me that this claim will have no issues in being approved… However I called just now and was told the claim was denied

That's some terrible luck (I read your previous post). I hope you can get some compensation at least. Have you tried signing into the My Verizon site? You can see your past six months of data usage.

If you have proof that you were billed monthly, would that help? E.g. A receipt or a record that it was charged to a credit card or something?

There are ads in my area advising people to treat our electronics like our wallets. Always keep them close and out of sight when not in use. Best of luck in the future.
