Why do I get notifications on Facebook for iPhone whenever someone posts a status?
And how can I disable it? I want to keep MY notifications, but I don't want to get notified whenever my friends posts a status.
I think in the settings app there's a section for the facebook app. Maybe it's there.
It sounds to me like you added that person as a "close friend"
remove them from the "close friend" list and you won't have that problem anymore
