Yes, You can reset them. And it deletes everything on it and can be activated for someone else. There are ways around security locks but i don't know them. GO andriod

Yeah they can hack through the passcode really easly if they have the right software
They can pull the existing data off of it to gain access to passwords/account information and it can be used as parts to repair an otherwise damaged phone, such as replacing a broken screen.
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones.
