Why does my iPhone 6 home screen move down when I rotate my finger on the home button?

It's to make it easier to touch the top of the screen with one hand. I like it but to turn it off go to settings, general, accessibility and turn off reachability.
This is a mode for helping for 1 hand use usage
Its not rotating your finger that does that, its double tapping it. That's called Reachability to make 1 handed use of the phone easier.
- Which iphones home screen have screen rotation for the APPS HOME screen? I know the iphones on web rotation on internet use and youtube thats not what i'm asking the home screen which iphones have a home screen where the apps are have rotation not web or youtube or videos the home screen which iphone?
- Is the touch finger print sensor or the home button of the iPhone 5s prone to break? I'm consodering buying an iPhone 5s but I've heard it can be very expensive to fix the sensor or the home button. Are these prone or easy to break?
