Why does my iPhone battery die so fast? I have iOS7?

I have an iPhone 4S with iOS7 and I'm not sure if the other questions that have been asked have this iOS. I have done a lot of the things that the everyone has been saying with the new operating system as far as turning of the background refresh, turning off Wi-Fi and location services as much as possible, turning down the brightness as much as possible, no bluetooth, mail does not push, only fetch every hour, and I close applications as much as possible. Has anyone dealing with this problem ran into a solution that articles haven't said yet or know of anything to try. I have done everything, but upgrade my phone

Turn off background things like automatic app updating, location services, etc…

This is a common problem with new updates.iOS 7 is still new Apple are trying to resolve the problems with battery drainage and will probable fix it with iOS 7.1, In the mean time you can try several things to fix your battery life problem.
1: cycle charge, charge your battery to 100% and then completely drain it to 0% till it dies. Then charge it back up to 100% and see if that solves your problem.

2: Update to iOS 7.0.2 Apple has just released it to fix some security bugs with the lock screen but some users have reported that there battery life is better with the update P. S BACK UP All YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AS THEY MIGHT BE DELETED.

3: Reset all settings, go to Settings, General, Reset, Reset all settings, Wait for it to reboot and then change the setting back to the way they are now.

4: The most drastic measure Restoring your iPhone. 1st back up your iPhone and copy all your pictures and videos to your computer, then go to Settings, General, reset, Erase all content and settings. After your iPhone has been wiped, plug it into iTunes and restore it to iOS 7 and set it up as a new device.
