Why does my iPhone say connect to itunes?
Ok so my phone was very normal until it died so I charged it. I left it on the charger for about an hour or two as usal, but when i came back my phone said ios 6 on the lock screen and when i swiped it said connect to itunes. When i unplug my phone from the charger it does not work or turn on at all. What do I do?
It was probably updating and now you need to reset it
Kind of sounds like it's stuck in a boot loop. It can happen for many reasons but 99% of the time it's due to water damage.

- Why does my iPhone say it doesn't have memory when I haven't used all of it? I've had an iPhone 4s for about 5 months now and for some reason it says I don't have any memory left. It's got 16gb. I've used about 5gigs of music and mabey 2 in games but it says I only have 100 megabytes left. I went to system, usage and added up all the things i have downloaded and it comes up to around 10 gigabytes. Why does it say I don't have memory left?
- Why does my iPhone say I'm not connected to wi-fi? I turn wi-fi on but it still says not connected and I do have internet in my house and it usually works! But today I went to sprint and the person who helped reseted everything so when i try to connect it it still says not connected but i turn it on, what's the problem?
- Why does my iPhone say 7 and not the iPhone 8 Plus that I purchased? I have a iPhone 8 Plus gold but every time I log into something I get an email that says iPhone 7 logged in. Is this a mistake? Or is it some kind of new update?
