Why does the app download button have a cloud with an arrow? - 1
I want to know why the app I saw had a picture of a cloud, with an arrow inside the cloud, instead of a regular download button. Btw: this is for App Store on iPhone
This means that you've downloaded this app and its been saves or backed up to your personal cloud.
A cloud icon with an arrow usually indicates previously purchased apps, but it is currently not in your iPhone and therefore it is available for "re-download" either from the App Store or restore from last backed up iCloud.
It means that the app has already been purchased with your apple id, and it is of no charge for you to download again because the app has now been stores to your icloud.
