Why does your iPhone start losing gigabytes for no reason?
Mine never has. Have you taken lots of pictures and not deleted them, added music, videos, do you have the HDR feature on?
I don't have an iPhone, have an Android, but I'm sure it's the same for both. As the guy below mentioned, taking pictures, downloading stuff off of browsers, taking video, and apps storing stuff in the cache all will deplete memory. If you don't have any app to clear the cache (don't worry, it won't delete anything off of your phone), I suggest downloading one. On Android there's a great app called CleanMaster, it's probably available on the iPhone as well. If not, I'm sure there's some good one's on the iPhone as well, just type in "memory cleaner" in the app store, and you should get a list of apps that will do the job.
Mine doesn't. Its possible you may have some app storing data or browsing and your cache is storing more but thats not typically going to be growing fast or anything like that.
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why does restoring my iphone from a backup use up so many gigabytes? I have an iphone 5 and I'm trying to restore my phone from last backup. Unfortunately, the back up is cancelled about 30 minutes in because my hard disk runs out of space. I have 10 gigs left so there should be any problem with that. I went to mobilesync folder and then to the backup folder and there's one folder there. Once you click on that folder there are thousands of files in that folder that have several modified dates on them. Basically can I just delete the old dated files?
- Why does my storage data disappear on my iphone for no reason? Yesterday i had 1 gig of free space and now today all i had was 400 mbs. Where is it going? I didn't download anything
- Why does my iphone keep vibrating for no reason? My iPhone keeps vibrating like this: bzzz bzzz. I've no notifications or texts coming in so it's not that. Anyone know how to fix this or why it's doing this?
