Why doesn't my iPhone 4 show ios7 update?

I just heard that iOS 7 is available for iPhone 4/S, and when you go to settings-General- Software update it shows my iOS is up to date which is 6.1.3…
And I just wanted to know why or is it really supported for the iphone4
I know that it lags cause iPhone 4 has a A4 chip not like the 4S which has a A5 chip…

Well I have an iPhone 4 too. I just went and checked and it said mine is 6.1.3 and updated too. I'm guessing that its not for the iPhone 4…

Because iOS 7 is designed for iPhone 5. The main difference is the app setup. A page of apps on iphone4 can fit 5 apps vertically. IPhone 5 on ios7 supports having 6 apps vertically.
Not only this, but ya know how iPhone 4 has you scroll all the way left to get the search. Well in ios7 you can search from any home screen by swiping down.

Okay so I have a Iphone 5c and I like to edited the different affects (Mono, Tonal, Noir, Fade, None Chrome, process, Transfer, Instant) on my photos when you take the picture, so anyway when my photos are edited and transferred onto the computer they go back to the original photo (none affects) that has no editing on it what so ever.
