Why hasn't ebay seller shipped item yet?
I bought an iPhone 5c off eBay. It's free shipping and guaranteed fast shipping. It's from Australia too and I live in Australia. I still haven't got it after 10 days. The estimated delivery date keeps on changing too. What can I do?
Maybe the seller only ships once a week? Maaybe the selller is on
hoilday? Have you contact the seller? We can't read the seller mind

I have received one email saying my items are being proceed to be shipped, this was 3 days ago. I keep checking the site to see if they updated with a tracking number.what's going on? I haven't received an email saying it's been delayed or anything. I'm very anxious.
