Why is AT&T charging me so much?

I try to use my iphone on Wi-Fi as much as i can and try not to use the LTE. AT&T has charged me OVER 300$ JUST THIS MONTH! This is rediculous! I hardly download music on this and i almost have no apps. I do text quite a bit but its not constant. Why would they be doing this?

Get a Trac phone at Walmart. Some of their plans are $7 a month. Why would anyone pay this much for a phone?

I have one gb, and I know every time I go over they charge me like $25, unless I change it myself then it's $15, up to 4gb.

I'm like you though, I try to keep my Wi-Fi on and it makes me mad they don't have an unlimited data option.

Call and complain.

It depends on what data plan you are on. I used to be an authorized seller for att.

ATT has changed, created, and modified their plans so many different times in the last year it is hard to keep track of.

The thing that they have now ( depending on how many people are on your account ) would consist of a flat data rate ( shared between all phones ) plus a flat phone rate ( for the number of phones that you have )

sounds simple enough, right. Well not really

this shared data means that even if you turn your phone off for the whole month, your mom, sister, or wife might have lost track of time whil watching netfix on your data so that means that for every ( 300 mb over if your on the 300 mb plan ) or every ( 1gb over if you are on a 1 gb or above ) they charge charge the 25$

this can add up real fast,

on top of that, if you have a 2 year agreement with att they are also penalizing you a 25 dollars per month per phone that is in contract.

without knowing your plan it is hard to say but that is a pretty good guess right there
