That's a normal time don't be alarmed
You may have an error.
1. Go to your computer (if you are not there already)
2. Click on itunes while your iphone is restoring.
3. See if an error pops up
4. If one does then go to this website and find the problem. Http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694#hardware

That I'd rediculous if that is the normal time it takes to restore. I never had an iPhone but I can restore my
Galaxy s4 in under ten minutes. Not saying my phone is better, it just makes sense.
