Why is my iphone turning on by its self?
My iphone is @ 4% and i want it to stay off while its charging. But it keeps turning on.
Did you try plugging it in and let it turn on, then turn it off leaving it on the charger?
I don't know if you can leave it off while its charging because you need to see when your phone is fully charged am I right?
You can't turn off iphones when they are charging
It automatically does it when charging via PC as in properly turns on with the lock screen and everything accessible.
There's nothing to be worried about, it will still charge nice and quick even if it's on. Also if you see a battery icon on the screen and pressing the home button does not show the lock screen then this is in fact "shut down" or theoretically "off" and not functioning as the phone power is digitally managed. There's no "off switch" like a light switch, that's why if there's not enough power, even on charge it won't turn on until there's enough.
- Will the iphone really update its self? I have the iphone 5 and my friend was telling me at 9 am tomorrow the new software arrive i said it won't effect me cuz i have no desire to update it but she said it will do it automatically is that true?
- Why is my iPhone locking and trying to turn off by its self? My iPhone has been trying to turn itself off and locking the screen for ages, at first i thought that it would go away but it hasn't, it also turns itself back on if i turn it off does anyone know how to make it stop?
- Why is my iPhone 5 turning off and not turning back on? This has happened twice now. My iPhone 5 has turned off in the middle of the night with a full charge and off the charger, and when I try to turn it back on it takes a couple tries. Has anybody experienced this?
- Why does my iPhone 4 keep turning off and on by itself when its plugged in? I have an iPhone 4 and whenever I unplug it, it turns off. I can't get any source of signal, the Wi-Fi switch is greyed out, the date changed to December 31 and the time is an hour behind. The battery before I plugged it in was 20% its been 5 minutes and its up to 100%. Pretty weird.
