Why won't my iMessage activate?
I was messing around on my iPhone 4s (iOS 6) and I changed the phone number to my house phone to see what would happen, and then I had sent a text message to a friend and she received it. Then I went back to phone settings and changed it back to my original phone number, and now iMessage won't work!
It's been stuck on "Waiting for activation… " for a while now. Currently, my send button is blue but my messages are green! I'm at a strong wi-fi connection, and I don't know why my phone is doing this. I had tried to reset my network and all that, and yet nothing is happening!
Go into your settings into messages and make sure iMessage is turned on. And that your friends phone is set to iPhone, other than that i don't know
- Why can't I activate iMessage on my iPhone 4S? I went to jamaica and used iMessaging when i was there with Wi-Fi. And now that I'm back in new york the iMessaging won't work or activate. What do i do? Every time i turn it back on and re-enter my password it says that an error occurred and to please try again. I've restarted my phone multiple times and did a hard reset, nothing works.

- Imessage won't activate phone number on iphone 4? My Imessage was working fine earlier today but it suddenly stopped and won't come on. I have reset network settings and sign in and out of apple. It just says waiting for activation and i can't select my phone number i the send and receive section.
- IMessage won't activate at all? I have a sprint iphone 5 my phone is off right now but I still use it on Wi-Fi and i restored my phone and my imessage won't activate… Its so annoying i put ios 7 on it the other day and it was working fine because on 6.1.4 it was getting annoying… No one else is having this problem its just me ugh someone help me please
