Why won't my iPhone 5 connect to Wi-Fi?
Added (1). My phone has been connected to this Wi-Fi for over two weeks now and I have always had a strong connection to it and no problems at all. Last night I noticed that my connection was going in and out, but it was perfectly fine on my laptop. I tried resetting my network settings but all that did was make it impossible for me to connect back to it. When I type in the password it connects to the Wi-Fi for a few seconds but then tells me it is unable to connect.

You should find out your router to check out if you've limited the amount of devices that can connect to it. Check to find if you have enabled a function in your router's setting to block any MAC or IP addresses. You can also try to go to Settings - General -Reset on your iPhone 5C and then select "Reset Network Settings". That will clear out any network related settings and cause you to have to re-type your Wi-Fi passcode, if applicable
