Why won't my IPhone connect to ITunes?
When I plug my IPhone into my laptop, it makes a sound and starts charging. I can also find my IPhone in My Computer, but when I open ITunes it says 'ITunes could not connect to this IPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE8000084).
How can I fix this?
This problem can come up if there's some mismatch with the iTunes process in the Windows. Now there's a workaround to fix this problem. Just follow the steps which are mentioned as below,
STEP 1: First Close the iTunes application if it is opened already?
STEP 2: Open the task manager and select the option "Show process from all users" and search for the Apple process and kill all with it's name.
STEP 3: Now Navigate to the Apple folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple and go to the Support -> AppleMobileDeviceHelper.exe and just select OK which does some clearing up process.
STEP 4: Now open the iTunes again and try to sync your iPhone in it which should work fine without any issues.
Hope the above steps should have fixed your problem if you are still having issue then try to uninstall the iTunes completely and install it again.
