Why won't my iphone send or receive texts?
I have just bought an iPhone off my friend. I also have free texts. It sometimes says that I have signal and other times says that I don't have any. But whenever I try and send a text they won't send. I also don't receive any messages either. Does anybody know why this is happening?
'Check the settings in it as texting may be switched off
or it could just be down to a bad signal
- Why won't my new iPhone 6 (AT&T) send or receive texts/calls? I activated it two hours ago and backed it up with the data and phone number from my old iPhone 4. Both phones now read AT&T and show cellular signal and data in the top left hand corner. But when you text or call my phone number, the iPhone 4 receives it. Why won't my new phone receive it?
- Why doesn't my iPhone send or receive calls or texts? I purchased an iPhone second hand on t-mobile, 3G works fine but can't receive any calls or texts or send them. Thought the IMEI might have been blocked. Any ideas?
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
- Why can't I send or receive texts when I'm connected to the internet? I just got the G2 from Verizon and every time I hook up to the internet I can't send texts nor receive them. It does the same to my friends iPhone 5. Any ideas on what the problem is?
