Why won't my iPhone 5 turn on or show charging screen?
A few days ago my iPhone went black and I assumed it needed charging but its been on charge for days and it won't turn on or even show the charging screen (battery pic). I've tried rebooting it by pressing the home and on button for 10 sec but nothing happened. Its quite new as I've had it for about 4 months and I need help As soon as possible so any help will be appreciated xx
Try calling or texting it. Take it to an Apple Store. Make sure your charger works properly. If that doesn't work then make sure you didn't get it wet or drop it. Dropping it and getting it wet may have caused it to do that. Plug it in to a computer and turn on ITunes, see if it responds. Google it? I don't know I wish I could help more. I had that happen once and I got lucky and it just turned on after a while.

- Iphone won't show all the albums under an artist and won't show one artist at all? When I go to artists on my music on iphone it doesn't show all the albums under an artist, also an artist isn't even showing up there. When I go to songs and albums I can see everything, just confused and would like to fix it so it shows under album.
