Why won't my iphone place calls anymore?

This didn't happen until I upgraded to ios 6 last night and since then I can't place a call. I will select a person to call and it starts but it never connects then just says call ended. I have an iphone 4, that i got a few months ago.

Added (1). I can still text, listen to music, surf the web, basically everything else

Added (2). I have turned it on and off, and also done a hard reset, neither worked

Contact Apple or store of purchase, or do a hard reset (Home and lock key together)

  • Why won't she talk about it anymore? My mom said that she'll get me an iPhone on Saturday. But when I start to talk about it because I'm excited, she shuts me off and doesn't make me talk about it anymore. So i don't know why she won't talk about it anymore.
  • Why won't my Wi-Fi connect anymore? It's been going solid for a while, but now it just doesn't want to connect. On my iPhone and laptop it says I have a decent connection, but it doesn't connect I've unplugged my router and Wi-Fi for a while, plugged it in again, nothing, and that usually does the trick What else do I do? I don't want to waste data on my phone anymore than I do
  • Why won't my iTunes recognize my iPhone 5c anymore? My iTunes used to always recognize my iPhone, even my laptop right away had something pop up for it when I plugged it in. My brother recently got a new iPhone so he signed into his iTunes and ever since nothing happens when I plug my phone in besides charge it, same for my brother. Is it because he signed in or also because I just updated iTunes? I've tried restarting both my iPhone and laptop.
  • Why won't my iPhone make certain sounds anymore? For some reason my iPhone is not making sounds for certain apps such as camera, or for standby mode. I checked the settings, and both "lock sounds" and "keyboard clicks" are on, yet I don't hear either of these. I know the speaker works, because it plays music and I can use speaker phone. Anyone have any clue what the problem could be? I also tried resetting the iPhone, didn't work.
