Why won't my iphone send texts?
I just bought an iphone 5C about 3 hours ago, and I just got home. I have an airrave because my house barely gets sprint signal. Well i have tried using the phone and i can't send texts, one or two may go through to another iphone but 95% of my texts will not send. With the airrave if your connected you can make a call and hear three beeps, i hear these beeps but still can't send texts. Anyone know of a fix?
Iphone to iphone messages are not texts they are iMessages sent over Wi-Fi so most likely you have a weak signal in your area OR your provider has not yet activated cross provider texts this would normally be done in 24 hours fare purchase but if you have kept an old number from previous phone it could take 72 hours!
Try taking off your sim card and putting it in again, afyer that reboot your iphone and try
