Wi-Fi calling in ios 8 iphone 5?

Added (1). Can someone tell me if ios 8 Wi-Fi calling feature is available on iphone 5 or not? If not when will it be available? I contacted t-mobile tech support they told me that it is only supporting Wi-Fi calling on iphone 5c and above, but apple tech support told me it is available but t-mobile has to activate it? So what now?

Wi-Fi/Internet calling can be done on any phone with Internet… And that can handle a SIP account…

So if you can download a SIP application, you can create a SIP account and make INTERNET calls… (if you call it Wi-Fi again I will break your nose)

Now a SIP account is like Skype… So its just a audio-chat to audio-chat… Or video call to video call… For free…

Now if you want call a telephone number to call your SIP account you need a DID number… Like 212.555.3331 and they server will forward all calls calling that number to your SIP@account.whatever… Given that your SIP phone is online (has internet)… And again this can be done for free…

NOW… If you want to make calls to another DID# that will have to cost you as that is no free service… They you want a paid for SIP account…

I myself use callcentric.com to handle that for me… They also can give you a free SIP account with a DID#… But the only way you can make calls to another DID# is via Service.

and Wi-Fi is just a wireless connection to your ROUTER… It doesn't supply internet Service… Even without Internet your Wi-Fi will still work as it should.
