Will a software update cause me to lose everything?
In the settings on my iphone it says that there's a software update. I have no idea how icloud works so none of my apps or anything are on my computer. If i click "install update" on my phone, will everything be wiped from my phone? It is an iphone 4s.

*I'm going to warn you there are some problems on the update… If you want to do it follow THE STEPS BELOW*
1. Go to iTunes
2. Sync your iPhone
3. You can save your pics to your computer if you want- but I didn't (I still have my pics. I took a little while through
4. DO THE UPDATE!
5. Update is now done!
- Will I lose everything in my iPhone if I jailbreak it? I really wanna jailbreak my iPhone 4, but I'm scared I'm gonna to lose anything in my phone. I know I can back it up on iTunes, but what about my text messages? I Really don't want to lose them.
