If the droid is from att or unlocked then yes
1… The term "DROID" is only used or Verizon Androids… As they have the only contract with LucasFilm LTD and can call their androids, some of them at least, DROIDS…
#2… No its won't… The A855 is a Droid 1 Orginal on Verizon… It won't work… EVER… CDMA and GSM technologies won't mix…
however, if you have the international GSM version of this phone, and its unlocked, then yes it will…
but if you see the Verizon logo on the phone, you know 1000000000000000000000000% it will NEVER work!
