Will Apple give me a new iPhone if?
If I have Apple Care, and something goes wrong with my iPhone that is not my fault what happens? For example, my iPhone speakers stopped working suddenly. What do I do? Will Apple give me a new phone? I have the 4s.
They will check for liquid damage and physical damage. If you have any accidental damage you are on your own and will have to pay for a phone replacement before any repairs can take place.
If you have no accidental damage and you are IN WARRANTY or COVERED BY APPLE CARE the swap replacement will be free. Back up you content, BOOK AN APPOINTMENT for the genius bar, and don't be late for your appointment.
If you have no warranty and did not purchase apple care you will be paying for a phone replacement.
Well, If you purchased the insurance plan, apple care with your phone then most likely they will try to repair it for you. If they can't repair they will give you another iPhone, which would probably be a refurbished phone. You have to bring your iPhone to the Apple store, or service provider.
If it is a technical failure that has absolutely nothing to do with anything you have done, then they will give you one without AppleCare, but if it is something you have done (Water Damage, Dropped it etc etc) Then they will only replace if you have the AppleCare plan.
Or if you find the nicest guy in the apple store, trust me, make sure you have done NOTHING to it, even if it didn't cause the problem. If you have dropped it and caused a dint on the side, and then a month later it stops for no reason, they will still try to weasel out of it.
Go on apples website and go to support and find out what is left under the apple care apple care doesn't do much though if you go to an apple store they can repair it but will most likely charge you
Okay the only thing that i have thats apple is the MacBook Air (and its not fully mine its the schools but) as long as you have insurance then i hear that they will fix it for (depending on what it is) for free or a low price. Our school has a 5 year warranty on (my parents wouldn't let me get it at first) but they were telling me all the kinds of scenario's if this happens then (we had to pay for insurance and FOR US it just depended on if we paid for our own lunch) then if something else happened you wouldnt pay for that same amount of money.

- Will an apple store give me a new iphone if my battery is bad? I bought an iphone 5 in March, and since I updated to ios 7, my battery drains super fast. I could leave my phone sitting and it will lose lots of battery. Sometimes I'll be at 40% and my phone will die, and once I plug my charger in, it will say I'm still at 40%. I've heard this could he battery failure or something. If I went to my local apple store, will I be able to get a new one? And Yes, I did purchase apple care warranty.
- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
