Will I get my money back on Amazon.com?
Last night I had order a phone case on amazon. So today decided to check if its had ship yet and it did and while I was check that I saw that I bought the case for iPhone 5 and I have the 4s! So I returned and did everything it told me to send a request and it said i have to wait 48 hrs to approve it. So now I'm wondering if they do approve it will I get my money back? Even I just order it last night.
I bet that they will indeed refund your money, seeing as how you noticed it relatively quickly and promptly requested a refund.
Well… I might have to add to that. It already shipped, so they probably won't refund the shipping costs. I think they will refund the product cost to you, but not the shipping costs. By your accident of ordering the wrong thing, you have put the seller in a position of having to notify the courier company to return the item to the selling company. Basically you put the selling company in the position of shipping something and then said a few hours later that you don't want the item, so they are unlikely to refund the shipping costs.
