Yes it will… But don't download it its got a ton of problems. They're working on fixing it and they'll have a fixed IOS8 out soon
Of course it will; it's basically an add-on of ios 7. If you think about it, all you're doing is just basic addition. However, I surmise that It won't take up an unreasonable amount of space.
