Will my paypal claim get accepted?

I brought an iphone 4s off ebay it said that it was blocked but takes o2 sim. But I went to O2 and they said the iphone imei number has been reported stolen so the iphone doesn't work.

My question is do you think paypal will give me a full refund if i claimed it? As the seller is not giving me a refund and I have opened a dispute but will claim a refund from paypal

You will win, but will need to produce proof.

Just as a word of advice - Thieves usually do not make it clear they are selling STOLEN phones or doing FRAUDS.

You also need to report the incident to the POLICE.

I don't think they will give you a refund. PayPal or the seller.

  • Will my cancellation request be accepted by amazon? I ordered a iphone 4 otterbox case and then about an hour later I realized I didn't need it & then I requested to cancel it. Now I'm wondering if it will be cancelled and will my money be kept? And how long will it take for it to be cancelled?
  • What if your return has been accepted with the Education Credits? My return was accepted on Jan 25. I efiled with Turbo Tax on Jan 11. I did claim the American Opportunity Credit and the software used Form 8863. I'm very concerned and confused! Does this mean that my refund will be delayed because of this particular credit? Or is does "Accepted" mean it's good to go! The Turbo Tax Iphone app says to expect a refund before February 20 ( initially it said Feb 10… ). Any help is greatly appreciated!

I filed a claim with Asurion through verizon, I was required to pay 169$ for a replacement phone. the problem is that troubles me is that the only problem with the phone is that after it dropped in the water, the screen has a drip mark that won't go away, it won't turn off and there are some tones that don't play.other than that it works fine. what I'm asking is if the claim is still legitamate. It's still noticeable damage, but is it claim worthy noticeable damage?

I didn't know that if you try to turn it on after, that it would short circuit, so I messed up pretty badly. Now, I have cell phone insurance through asurion cell phone insurance, and they want a 169$ deductible for a replacement… How do I lie to them and say that it was a phone malfunction and not water damage?
