Will otter box replace my stolen case?
My iPhone 5s was stolen & my otter box case was on it. Camo trimmed in Orange
Did you purchase replacement insurance for your case? If not, then they will not replace the case.
Stolen? No. Thyy'll replace them if they are defective or start falling apart, but you have to provide photos of it with your personal info in the same frame.
No, sorry OtterBox replaces cases that come to you defective, and their warranty does not cover use damage/alterations, lost or stolen cases.
