Will the iPhone 6 be released on September 9th in stores, or will they just announce it?

- Will the iPhone 5S be available in stores on September? I plan on purchasing the iPhone 5s on it's release date. I tried to pre-order it from offline, but it's unavailable. I currently have an iPhone, but I have never purchased one on it's release date. Does anyone who's familiar with purchasing iPhones on their release know if they will be available in stores or will they be sold out?
- Will the iPhone 4S be Free once they announce the new iPhone? Once they announce the new iPhone so basically the new iPhone will be $199.99 and the iPhone 5 $99.99 and the iPhone 4s Free? Cause they did it in the past the iPhone 4 is free the iPhone 4s is $99.99 and the iPhone 5 $199.99 the reason I asked is cause I was going to buy a iPhone 4s but then I remembered the whole Free thing and I do want the iPhone 4s badly not the iPhone 5 cause alot of people got the iPhone 5 that I know and I do like the iPhone 4s design to be honest.
- Why is Apple so lame? Why doesn't it announce the iPhone 5s/6 next week? Seriously! I''m sick of giving AT&T free money since December 2012. I refuse to upgrade unless it's a Sony Xperia Z or a new iPhone. I refuse to buy a Galaxy S4 because it looks lame. If you're a guy that likes a hot girl's attention then you can't flip an S4. Here's a release plan for Apple: Announce the new iPhone and make everyone happy. The problem is that dumb people(67% of consumers) will buy the old iPhone even if a new one has been announced.
- Why doesn't T-Mobile sell iPhones as soon as they get released? I think one of the main reasons they are behind is because they take a month or two to start offering the new iPhone model to their customers so people flock to Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T
