We wouldn't know until Apple announces that. The 5s was not available for pre-order last year.
Yes. From announcement to opening day is typically almost 2 weeks. During that last week they usually open for online orders a few days before opening day. Don't see that changing. Best luck.

So I would be receiving it well after the September 21 release date. Will I be able to get my hands on one on the actual release date, or are they going to be sold out everywhere?
