Windows 7 won't recognize iphone USB?

I got a new laptop and I can't manage my iphone, I tried downloading itunes and my iphone is still not recognized when pluged by USB.
Any suggestions on what drivers to download?

Change the USB, TRY NEW

Just re-installed the usb drivers in laptop.
otherwise change the iphone usb cable.

Sometimes restarting your computer fixes it.

  • My computer USB port won't recognize my iPod but it recognizes my iPhone? Hi! Ok so I have a dell 15' laptop that's barely a year old and my USB port will accept my iPhone and flash drives, but not my iPod classic. I know for sure it's not my iPod since it was recognized on my moms computer and its not the cord because I've tried several different iPod cords… It doesn't seem to recognize my moms iphone 4 either! So if anyone knows how to fix it please please please help!
  • How transfer data to my iphone 4 from Windows 8 Phone using usb cables? I now have an Apple iPhone 4 New. My current phone is Widows 8 phone from Straight talk since that is my service. I have a data cable for my Windows phone that I use often to sync data from the phone to my computer or the inverse. I just purchased a data cable die my iPhone. I wonder can I plug both usb cables into my PC. Then transfer or drag my data (Music, Photos, Videos, etc) from the Windows Phone to the iphone folders? Would it be a problem?
