Would my iphone be useful for anything if I sold it?
I have a gold ipone 5s that looks brand new. Just the one corner has a small dent in it. The icloud is not locked. The only problem with the phone is there's a hardware issue that is not fixable. It causes my iphone to restart multiple times a day and will sometimes go into a restarting loop for 5 minutes at the longest. It also will turn off sometimes that when I go to go on it I have to restart it. I was wondering if I could sell it on Ebay and get anything.
You can sell it, but make sure that you clearly state what problems it has.
Some people buy broken phones to salvage some of the parts. For example, they can take out the camera to replace another 5s's broken camera.
The display may be taken out to fix another phone.
Guess all you can do is advertise it with the issues explained & see what happens.
